Why is Allsorter not adding candidate information?
If you notice that certain candidate details such as email, phone number, or address are not appearing on your document, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Your template does not include the corresponding field
Not all templates are designed to display every type of candidate information. If your template does not have a field for a specific detail (for example, email address or phone number), Allsorter cannot display that information.
What to do:
If you would like additional fields added to your template, please contact our support team at support@allsorter.com with the details you want included.
2. How to check which fields your template supports
In Allsorter, you can identify which fields your template supports by looking at the candidate details section:

Bolded or highlighted fields = included in your template.

Greyed-out fields = not included in your template.
For example, in the screenshot above, only the bolded fields (candidate name) are available in this particular template. Greyed-out fields, such as "Street" or "Post Code," are not part of this template.
3. The extraction did not capture that information
Sometimes, the system may not pull information correctly from the original document during the extraction process.
