The Allsorter Preserve Original solution keeps the candidate CV in its original layout, font and formatting. Your Preserve Original template can be designed a number of ways. You could opt to add branding only, you could add a cover sheet to be included ahead of the candidate's CV or you could append a term sheet at the end of the candidate's CV.

Our Allsorter Customer Success team is expert at creating company branded templates to client specifications. If you have a self-serve account or have Template Access enabled, your account's org admin or org manager can also create and update your Preserve Original templates.
Preserve Original Template with Branding Only
You can request a preserve original template that has your branding in the header and footer of the document, with the candidate's original CV included with its original formatting, font and layout in the main body of the document.
Preserve Original Template with Cover Sheet
Your Preserve Original template can include a cover sheet, followed by the candidate's original CV layout and format, with your branded header and footer.
The cover sheet can include fields for a consultant to fill out with further information about the candidate. You are not limited on the number of fields - some examples are:
- Expected Salary
- Booked Holidays
- Visa Requirements
You could also use the cover sheet to summarise the candidate's education and/or experience by including a short list of their degrees or previous job titles.
Since you are retaining the original CV as-is, you can really use the cover sheet to your advantage in highlighting key information.

Preserve Original Template with Term Sheet
Your Preserve Original template can also include a term sheet at the end that details the terms and conditions of doing business with your firm. It can include your pricing grid, confidentiality and non-solicitation clauses and much more.
You can add a cover sheet, add branding to the original candidate CV and append a term sheet at the end or choose any combination of these options.
