Do Organisation Admins use a licence?

Learn how Organisation Admin and Organisation Manager permissions affect your available user licences.

Yes. An Organisation Admin is an active Allsorter user who can upload and reformat CVs or resumes and use other features that consume credits. Therefore, each Organisation Admin takes up a user licence.

What if I only need administrative access?

If you need permissions for billing, account or user management but do not need to upload or reformat CVs or resumes, Allsorter Customer Success can change your permissions to Organisation Manager.

An Organisation Manager:

  • Does not take up a user licence.
  • Can manage billing, account and user settings.
  • Cannot upload or reformat CVs or resumes.
  • Cannot use features that consume credits.

What can I do if all our user licences are assigned?

You can either:

  1. Disable an existing active user to free up a licence, and then add or enable another user.
  2. Contact Allsorter Customer Success to request additional user capacity if you need more active users on an ongoing basis.
