Admin: Integrating Vincere with Allsorter

The Vincere-Allsorter integration allows for seamless communication between the two platforms, making your recruitment processes more efficient and streamlined. Follow these steps to set up your integration:

Step 1: Enable Allsorter in the Vincere Partner Marketplace

To connect Vincere with Allsorter, start by enabling Allsorter as a partner in the Vincere Partner Marketplace.

  1. Navigate to the Vincere Partner Marketplace.
  2. Locate Allsorter in the list of available partners.
  3. Click Enable to activate Allsorter as a marketplace partner.

Step 2: Contact Vincere Support to Generate an API Key

The next step is for Vincere Support to generate an API key to complete the connection.

  1. Reach out to Vincere Support via a support ticket or their helpdesk.
  2. Request an API key for the Allsorter integration. Vincere Support will handle the necessary configuration, including the callback URL.
  3. Once the API key is generated, send it to Allsorter Support.

This step can take some time, so ensure it is completed early, especially if you have a scheduled onboarding session.

Step 3: Allsorter Finalizes the Setup

Once the API key is received, Allsorter will complete the configuration and notify you once the connection is established. This process is quick, and you will be ready to go in no time.

Step 4: Start Using the Integration

Congratulations! Your Vincere-Allsorter integration is now active.

You can now take full advantage of Allsorter’s tools directly from your Vincere platform, streamlining your recruitment processes. Be sure to book your onboarding session to maximize the benefits of the integration.

 

Accessing Allsorter through Vincere

Allsorter will now be available as a tab in each candidate profile. To gain access to Allsorter, each Vincere user must follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Vincere.

  2. Open the Menu in the Navigation Bar and select Candidates.

  3. In the Candidate List Dashboard, select a candidate record where you need to format a resume.

  4. Inside the candidate record, look for the Integration tab above the main frame and click on it.

  5. Click on "Initiate Reformatting". 

  6. Choose the file to reformat and follow the next steps.

 

Admin: Adding users to Allsorter

Once the Vincere integration is set up and you have available licences in your Allsorter account, each new user will be able to access Allsorter through Vincere.

New users do not need to be added manually by org administrators. 

  1. Ensure there is an available licence on your Allsorter subscription for each additional user.
  2. Contact Allsorter Customer Success to discuss your subscription if you need to add additional licences.
  3. Each additional user should log into their respective Vincere account.
  4. Select a candidate record > look for the Integration tab > Choose Allsorter > Click on "Initiate Reformatting". 

  5. Once the user comes into Allsorter to reformat, their account is created automatically and they take up an available licence.
