Uploading and reformatting resumes through Vincere
With the Vincere-Allsorter integration, you can easily manage and reformat resumes directly from the Vincere platform.
These are the steps to access, upload, and work with candidate resumes by using the Vincere <> Allsorter integration:
- Log into Vincere and navigate to the ‘Candidates’ tab on the left menu.

- Choose the candidate whose resume you want to work on from the Candidate List dashboard.

- Before reformatting, ensure the resume is uploaded to the candidate’s profile in Vincere.
- Inside the candidate’s profile, go to the ‘Integrations’ tab above the main frame.
- Select ‘Allsorter.’

- On the Allsorter page, click ‘Initiate Reformatting.’ This action will open Allsorter in a new tab.

The Allsorter prompt window will open. You’ll have two options:

Reformat a new document (displays all attached resumes for that candidate).

View previously uploaded resumes (opens the Allsorter dashboard to access past uploads).

- Select the CV you want to reformat and click ‘Continue.’

Allsorter will open in a new tab, keeping your Vincere workflow uninterrupted.

In Allsorter, the main editing screen will load automatically. Select the template you want to apply (set by your Org Admin).

Once you've completed formatting, you can:

Import the formatted resume back into the candidate’s Vincere profile as a PDF or Docx.

Export the resume to your local drive if needed. This setting has to be enabled by your Org Admin or by Allsorter Customer Success.

- By clicking on the "Import to Vincere" button in the top righthand corner of your screen, a copy of the newly reformatted file will be saved against the candidate's record. You can view it in the Files tab in the candidate's record.
Quick Notes
- To reformat a CV, it must first be uploaded to the candidate’s profile in Vincere.
- You can revisit previously reformatted documents by selecting ‘View Previously Uploaded’ in Allsorter.
