With the Vincere-Allsorter integration, you can easily manage and reformat CVs directly from the Vincere platform. Below are the steps to access, upload, and work with candidate CVs.
Accessing Allsorter
Log Into Vincere and Access the Candidate Profile
- Log into Vincere and navigate to the ‘Candidates’ tab on the left menu.
- Click on the name of the candidate whose CV you want to work on.
Open the Integrations Tab
- Once on the candidate’s profile, go to the ‘Integrations’ tab.
- Select ‘Allsorter.’
Initiate Reformatting
- On the Allsorter page, click ‘Initiate Reformatting.’ This action will open Allsorter in a new tab.
Uploading CVs
Before reformatting, ensure the CV is uploaded to the candidate’s profile in Vincere.
Access the Files Tab
- From the candidate’s profile, go to the ‘Files’ tab.
Upload the CV
- Click the cloud icon to upload a new document.
- Select the desired CV from your computer and confirm the upload.
Working on the CV
Reformat New Document
- After clicking ‘Initiate Reformatting,’ choose ‘Reformat New Document’ in Allsorter.
- A list of the candidate’s uploaded files will appear.
Select and Continue
- Select the CV you want to reformat and click ‘Continue.’
Quick Notes
- To reformat a CV, it must first be uploaded to the candidate’s profile in Vincere.
- You can revisit previously reformatted documents by selecting ‘View Previously Uploaded’ in Allsorter.
