Allsorter automatically mines the CV to extract key skill words.
Allsorter mines the entirety of the candidate's CV to extract and optimise key skill words. These can be computer skills, hard and soft skills, and language skills.
The padding around a skill word will not automatically be brought over to the reformatted CV. However, if you would like to add this to a particular skills' section simply copy and paste the required information from the original CV.
For example, if the candidate states “Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office”, Allsorter will automatically add “Microsoft Office” to the skills section of the CV.
