Resetting a User's Password

Learn what to do if one of the users on your team needs their password to be reset.

Note: Only admins can reset user passwords on the users' behalf. 

 

  1. Log into your Allsorter.com account. 
  2. Navigate to Account using the collapsible left-side menu.
  3. Switch to the Users tab to view the list of users in your organisation.
  4. Click the blue person icon next to the chosen user.
  5. Click Set Now.
  6. Inform the user of their new temporary password.
