Learn what to do if one of the users on your team needs their password to be reset.
Note: Only admins can reset user passwords on the users' behalf.
- Log into your Allsorter.com account.
- Navigate to Account using the collapsible left-side menu.
- Switch to the Users tab to view the list of users in your organisation.
- Click the blue person icon next to the chosen user.
- Click Set Now.
- Inform the user of their new temporary password.
