After activating your subscription with Allsorter, it is time to connect your Bullhorn account with Allsorter. This integration will allow for seamless information flow between Allsorter and Bullhorn and efficient management of your recruitment processes. Let's get started!

Contact Bullhorn
To connect your Bullhorn account with Allsorter, reach out to your Bullhorn account representative or Bullhorn support. You can do this by raising a ticket requesting them to activate Allsorter as a marketplace partner. Bullhorn Support will then set up the API connection and requisite user permissions, and will inform you once they have sent over the integration details to Allsorter.
This can take up to 48hrs, so be sure to do this as early as possible before your scheduled template review or onboarding session.
Allsorter's Part
Once Bullhorn has successfully set up the integration, they will send Allsorter the API credentials to complete the necessary steps on our end. Rest assured, this final part of the integration is quick and you will be informed once it's done.

Accessing Allsorter through Bullhorn
Allsorter will now be available as a tab in each candidate profile. To gain access to Allsorter, each Bullhorn user must follow the steps below:

Log in to Bullhorn.

Navigate to the Candidate List.

Select any candidate you wish to work with.

Ensure there is at least one file (e.g., a CV) uploaded to the candidate’s profile.

On the candidate’s profile page, click Allsorter in the middle ribbon.
- Choose the file to reformat and follow the next steps.
Admin: Adding users to Allsorter
Once the Bullhorn integration is set up and you have available licences in your Allsorter account, each new user will be able to access Allsorter through Bullhorn. New users do not need to be added manually by org administrators. As soon as they come in to Allsorter through the integration, they will take up an available licence and can start reformatting.
- Ensure there is an available licence on your Allsorter subscription for each additional user.
- Contact Allsorter Customer Success to discuss your subscription if you need to add additional licences.
- Each additional user should log into their respective Bullhorn account.
- Navigate to the Candidate List, choose the candidate in question and click on the Allsorter tab.
- Once the user comes into Allsorter to reformat, their account is created automatically and they take up an available licence.
