How do I amend an existing template?

Template access and management are available only for self-managed accounts created directly via the website.
If your account is not self-managed, please contact the Customer Success team at support@allsorter.comom for any template changes.

 

  1. Use the left hand side menu to navigate to Account/Settings using the cog icon.

  2. Navigate to the Templates section and select the template you wish to edit.
  3. Download the file to your local device.

  4. Open and edit the file in .docx format.

  5. Once edits are complete, upload the updated file back into the system.
