Formatting features help you clean up, standardize, and restructure CV or resume content. These tools focus on how information is presented rather than what it says, making documents easier to read and more consistent.
You can access these features through the AI tools dropdown when editing a section, or by applying an AI action via the checkbox next to sections.

Allsorter offers these content formatting features:
Remove Bullet Periods
Removes periods at the end of bullet points. This helps standardize bullet formatting and creates a cleaner, more consistent look.
Combine Lines with Commas
Combines multiple bullet points or lines into a single sentence, separated by commas.
This is useful when you want to simply bullet-pointed lists, reduce the length of text or make content compact and easier to scan.
AI Sentence Case
Converts text to sentence case, capitalizing only the first letter of each sentence.
This is helpful when content has inconsistent or incorrect capitalization. You can also use it if the text has been written in all caps or lowercase letters.
AI Bold Subheadings
Automatically identifies and applies bold styling to subheadings within a section.
This improves structure by separating sections and makes the resume easier to scan and read.
AI Paragraph Styling
Converts bullet points into paragraph-style text. This is useful when a narrative format is preferred instead of a bulleted list. It also enhances flow and cohesion in resumes or job descriptions that aim for a more descriptive tone.
AI Remove Tables
Removes tables from the document while keeping the text content. This helps simplify formatting and makes the content easier to edit. You can also copy tables directly from the resume into the editing screen.
