Changing Payment Method

Learn how to change the payment method for your account and your billing information here.

Payment Method and Billing Details You Can Edit Yourself

Allsorter uses Stripe as its payment processing platform. You can update the following billing and payment details associated with your subscription yourself, if you have Organisation Admin or Organisation Manager privileges and have access to the billing email connected to your account:

  • Update an expired card;

  • Add a new card to the account;

  • Update the default payment card associated with your subscription; and

  • Update your company name, billing address, shipping address, and phone number. 

Updating Your Payment Method and Information on Stripe

Watch the following visual guide to update your card details (payment method) and billing information on Stripe. 

  1. You can also directly access the Stripe Customer Portal by using this link.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your billing when prompted.

  3. You will receive a verification code via email – enter it to log in.

  4. Once logged in, you can update your payment method and billing information directly through the portal.


Updating Your Billing Email on Allsorter

  1. Log into Allsorter.
  2. Click on the cog (settings) icon in the left sidebar menu.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the Billing Email field.
  4. Enter the new billing email and save your changes.

Updating the Billing Date, Products or Pricing

If you would like to make any of the following changes to your subscription or one-time invoice, please contact Allsorter Customer Success:

  • Change the billing date to start early or delay the start date;

  • Change the billing period, e.g. from monthly to annual;
  • Add or subtract the products you have purchased, e.g. add more credits, licences or features to your subscription;
  • Switch plans or change product quantities;
  • Switch from automatic card payments to bank wire transfers; or
  • Cancel your subscription.
