Via Allsorter

Changing payment methods is easy with Allsorter. To do so, the Organisation Admin for your company must access the settings for your account. 

Once logged into Allsorter, on the collapsible left sidebar menu select Account. Under Org Details click Manage Subscription. 

 

This section is only available to admin users of the standalone system. If using an ATS such as Bullhorn or JobAdder, please follow the Stripe steps below. 

Via Stripe

You can also update your details via Stripe. Simply log in by clicking here. You will be asked for your email, please enter the email used for billing here. A verification code will be sent to you. 
Once logged in, you will be able to access the Stripe customer portal and change your payment method here.
