Changing Payment Method

Learn how to change the payment method for your account here.

 

Updating Your Billing Email

  1. Log into Allsorter.
  2. Click on the cog (settings) icon in the left sidebar menu.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the Billing Email field.
  4. Enter the new billing email and save your changes.

This section is only available to admin users of the standalone system. If using an ATS such as Bullhorn or JobAdder, please follow the Stripe steps below. 

Via Stripe

You can also update your details via Stripe. Simply log in by clicking here. You will be asked for your email, please enter the email used for billing here. A verification code will be sent to you. 
Once logged in, you will be able to access the Stripe customer portal and change your payment method.
