Can I add an additional template?

Need another template - or three? We will happily assist in adding these to your account. Just let us know.

New templates can be created by Allsorter Customer Success or the org admin or org manager of your account, provided they have the requisite permissions.

Here is a brief guide for Template Management in Allsorter. 

 

Guidance for All Accounts

Our expert Customer Success team is here to assist with creating new templates in Allsorter. 

  1. Create a sample in Word of what you would like your new formatted CVs/cover sheets to look like. Ensure to include any necessary branding, colours, and/or fonts to create a fully populated client-ready anonymized candidate CV.

  2. Contact our Customer Success team with your sample

  3. Our expert team will build the template and add it to your account

  4. You’re all set! Your new template is ready for use.

 

Guidance for Self-Managed Accounts or Accounts with Template Access Enabled

Users with org admin or org manager permissions in self-managed accounts created directly via an invite link and accounts with Template Access enabled can add new templates to their accounts themselves.

Quick note: Create the templates in Word (.docx) and use Allsorter's pre-set template tags so the correct data is extracted and populated into your output document. 

  1. You can either
    1. use our template creation fundamentals guide to create a new Word (.docx) template from scratch or
    2. download one of our pe-built templates from the template library and edit it to create your desired output.
  2. How to amend a pre-built template:

    1. Use the left hand side menu to navigate to Account/Settings using the cog icon.

    2. Navigate to the Templates section
    3. Open the Template Library
       
    4. Choose the template you want to customise, then download the file to your local device.

    5. Open and edit the file in .docx format.

    6. Once edits are complete, upload the updated file back into the Templates tab in your account's settings.

If your account does not fall into these two categories, please contact the Customer Success team. The team will create new templates for you.
