Can Allsorter redact sensitive candidate information?

Redacting Information with Full Reformat

On the Full Reformat option, unless specifically requested by your organisation, Allsorter will not include any candidate contact information or other personal data. 

With Allsorter, you can choose exactly what information is shown on your reformatted/ exported CV. 

Redacting Information with Preserve Original 

With the Preserve Original template, you can maintain the candidate’s resume exactly as it was provided while still applying your company branding. To protect sensitive details, you can use the Auto Redact feature to selectively remove information.

Simply check the boxes next to the details you want to redact — such as contact information, address, or other identifiers — and they will be hidden from the final version, while the rest of the resume remains unchanged.
