Cancelling an Allsorter Subscription
If you are a paying customer and would like to cancel the subscription, please fill out and submit the form below for our Customer Success team to process the cancellation.
Cancelling a Free Trial
If you are on a free trial with Allsorter, you can cancel any time prior to the trial ending, when your card is scheduled to be charged for the subscription. We will also email you 4 days before the trial end date with a reminder.
The user with organisation admin permissions should navigate to settings and on the Org Details page, click the "Cancel Trial" button.
